If you are a landlord or owner of a high-rise, the Collapsible Emergency Escape Elevator is one of the best inventions I have seen in a while.

  1. Is there a limit to how many floors this device is capable of saving?
  2. If so, what is their business model? $120,000 for each 5 floors?

The companies web site is located here.
